Homemade Roasted Red Pepper Crunch


1 bag of Asturi Foccaci Bites, Olive Oil & Salt flavor

1 container of classic Hummus Spread

4 red peppers


Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.

Take your red pepper, cut it in half, and scoop out all the seeds and membranes.

Place peppers up side down on top of a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes.

After peppers have cooled, peel off the skins and discard them.

Spread hummus on Foccaci Bites.

Cut roasted red peppers into small pieces.

Place a roasted red pepper piece on top of the hummus.

Serve and enjoy!
