Crafted in Northern Italy a land rich in history and tradition, our product is a labor of love, BAKED using only olive oil, NEVER any seed oils with just a sprinkle of sea salt. And we use a unique blend of wheat flour and durum wheat semolina, to achieve the perfect balance of a firm, yet crispy texture.
Our double-baking technique results in a delicious homemade taste, made right, by utilizing a 22-hour natural leavening process for the dough, ensuring delicious quality in every bite. It is the perfect snack for your charcuterie board; but it’s truly a great complement for any occasion.
