Cantucci Semi-Soft Italian Almond Biscotti

Our Asturi® Cantucci is a popular traditional semi soft biscotti cookie from Tuscany, Italy. According to Tuscan tradition, Cantucci can not only be enjoyed with a cup of coffee or tea, but also dipped in dessert wine for an after dinner treat! Best of all, Cantucci can always be enjoyed on their own as a snack! These semi soft Cantucci are pulled from the oven and allowed to finish baking naturally with just the heat from the baking sheet. By allowing them to cool naturally, they remain softer than those with double baking. 

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Almonds (25%), Eggs, Honey, Butte (Milk). Raising agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate. Salt, artificial flavours. 

Contains: Wheat, Almonds, Eggs, Milk. May contain traces of Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Pistachios and Soy.
