Our Asturi® Parchment Crispbread – also known as “Carta di Musica” is crafted using only the highest quality Durum Wheat Semolina and Olive Oil. Utilizing age old artisanal methods, it is crafted over a full two days on the island of Sardinia, Italy, ensuring quality and flavor in every bite.

Our gourmet parchment crisp bread pair beautifully with classic Mediterranean foods, like prosciutto and savory cheeses. They are also perfect with soups and salads, and of course, with your favorite charcuterie boards.
